Welcoming Joshua Wood

Please join us in welcoming a new colleague to the Epwin Window Systems’ customer service team. Joshua Wood joined us on 22 April as Customer Service Coordinator, reporting to Emma Gittins, and will play a pivotal role in the development of our recent partnership with B&Q. Josh’s role will involve the fulfilment of the B&Q order process from start to finish and he is very much looking forward to immersing himself into the role as we start to take orders in June.

Josh brings lots of experience with him, previously having held a customer service position in the water industry, as well as direct sales experience in both retail and business-to-business sectors.

During his free time, Josh teaches guitar and volunteers at a local charity near his home in Shifnal, where he helps with decorating, DIY and carrying out welfare checks.

We’re sure Josh will be a fantastic addition to the EWS team and we all wish him every success in his new role.
