The Customer Service team has moved!

As part of a series of ongoing and planned building refurbishments, the former ground-floor showroom has recently been transformed into a new and modern customer service office.

With the Customer Service team being one of the first points of contact for our customers, the relocation of the office is seen as a vital move to ensure we make the very best first impression on any visitors.

The new office has also made a dramatic difference to the ground-floor entrance area, with a striking feature wall painted in a deep, burnt orange – in keeping with our Epwin Window Systems corporate branding, and the addition of brand-new Stellar doors at the entrance.

The move ensures that we continue to deliver the best possible experience for visiting customers and prospects.

You can now find the team on the ground floor of the Stafford Park customer support centre, adjacent to the main reception.
