Katrina Earl

Hello, my name is Katrina Earl, and I have worked for Epwin for six years in various positions. My role at Epwin Window Systems is Head of Sales, which consists of leading a team of five Business Development Managers, supporting external PVC-U and Aluminium fabricators and looking for new business opportunities.
In my free time, I love spending time with my children and family. I also have interests in football, music, dancing, running and cycling.

Tell us three things we don’t know about you?

• Played Crown Green Bowls for England and played on television in exhibition matches.
• I’ve only worked with three employers, all extrusion businesses; I have had no other jobs.
• Massive dog lover! I have 2 Shitzu’s and a Cockapoo and potentially want more!

What did you want to be when you were younger?
I wanted to be a famous sports personality

What’s your best random fact?
I can sing Bohemian Rapsody and do all the voices high and low!

What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team?
There is so much potential to grow within the group. The right candidate can elevate to any position to meet various ambitions if they work hard and succeed within their current roles. Progression is essential to the whole team.
