Norman Howe

Norman Howe is a long-serving employee at Epwin, being with the company for 34 years!

He started with the company in January 1988 as an extrusion operator and then moved to become a team leader and then a supervisor. During his 10 years in custom extrusion, he had 2 trips to Austria and a 12-month secondment to our sister company in South Wales.

He is currently working in the tool servicing department in Stafford park, enjoying what he likes to do – taking things apart, servicing and rebuilding tools!
