Help Stuart fundraise for the 3 Peaks Challenge
On Thursday 18th July, ICT Infrastructure Manager Stuart Adkins, along with two of his friends, will be attempting to complete the Three Peaks Challenge within 24 hours!
In 2023, Stuart’s close friends received the dreadful news that their 6-year-old son had Childhood Leukaemia and in December that year, young Stanley was admitted to hospital. Since then, Stanley’s bravery and courage have been remarkable, and the hard work, support and capability of the NHS staff looking after him is unquestionable!
But a group of friends wanted to add their support to the family for the things that do not come as standard – their intention is to provide the family with a donation which they can use to help with the ‘unseen costs’ such as hospital parking, meals or accommodation when they need to be away from home during treatments, funds for the countless charities which have helped them so far, or to help with living costs when they’ve needed to take time off work.
