Performance Reviews

It’s important you work effectively and to your best ability in order for you to be a success, but also you contribute to the success of the organisation and your colleagues.

Your performance will be reviewed regularly and feedback will be provided.

If your performance levels decline, this may result in you been placed in a performance capability process.

If this is the case your line manager will discuss your performance and set out the expectations of the role and your performance required. The reason for this is it is important to address performance concerns before they develop into a formal process. However, if after fair informal process it may be necessary to move to a formal process were the outcome could be that you are place in a performance capability process.

If you are placed in a performance capability process you will be provided with the process at the time with the agreed levels of performance outlined and timescales.
