Your Data
Some of your personal details may be held on a computer or on a file.
Where this is the case, the Data Protection Act gives you the right to see them (subject to submitting a written request for access) and your permission will be required for the information to be disclosed to any outside body (unless the Company is legally required to disclose the information).

Change of details
It is your responsibility to notify the HR Team of any changes in your personal circumstances. e.g. name, address, telephone number, next of kin contact details, bank account details.
You can do this by sending an email to personnel@epwin.co.uk
It’s important you confirm your employee number on your email.
Correspondence
You are requested not to have any private correspondence addressed to the care of the organisation
You are not allowed to use any company stationery other than for any purpose other than official company business.
Disclosure of information
During employment with the organisation and after you must not:
- Disclose any information of a confidential nature relating to the business of the Group, or its associated business except to officials of the Company whose duty it is to know such information
- Use, for your own benefit or any person, firm or company, any confidential information concerning the business interests or affairs of Epwin Group
Where it becomes evident that information provided to the Company is misleading or inaccurate, the Company reserves the right to take the appropriate action, which may include disciplinary action.
